A partnership with purpose

Since 2021, AB7 America has collaborated closely with Arc Broward—a nonprofit organization devoted to transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with essential training and employment opportunities. This partnership has been a cornerstone of our commitment to community engagement and inclusivity, particularly through our work with Arc Educates, a program within Arc Broward that allows individuals to gain hands-on experience in professional settings.
Through this partnership, AB7 America welcomes interns regularly, providing them with valuable training, mentorship, and opportunities to integrate into our daily operations. Every AB7 America employee plays an essential role in this initiative, taking time to support and engage with each intern, helping them build skills and confidence in a work environment.

The award was presented on October 25th at a special event hosted by Arc Broward. Philippe Chelle, CEO AB7 America, Jamie Knochel, VP Sales and Samuel Lara, Director of Operations received the award on behalf of the team. This recognition is a tribute to their unwavering support and to the team’s collective effort to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
